Digital Nomos explores the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, and philosophy.
The publication focuses on the legal and social consequences of emerging technologies, with particular attention to AI governance, judicial innovation, labor automation, constitutional theory, philosophy of systems and the institutional foundations of modern societies.
Rather than approaching these questions from a purely technological perspective, Digital Nomos examines how legal systems, markets, and political institutions adapt to rapid technological change.

About the Author:

I'm a lawyer and researcher whose work focuses on artificial intelligence, legal theory, public law, philosohy of law and institutional design. Bridging law and innovation, I explores how emerging technologies are reshaping the foundations of governance and justice. I'm a Legal Officer at Argentina's Superintendence of Occupational Risks (S.R.T.), within the Ministry of Human Capital and in private sector, a legal advisor of the College of Psychologists of Mar del Plata.
